Remember my Beach 2012-project? Well… I’m halfway through it, and this morning it was time to use the measuring tape again and check if there’s been any change compared to January. And all I can say is: wohoo! Now, I have been far from self-disciplined so I was really happy about the results. The progress is slow, but it IS happening.
Waist: –4 cm
Chest: –2 cm (this was the saddest part )
Hips: –3 cm
Right thigh: –4 cm
Left thigh: – 4 cm
Right bicep: 0
Left bicep: 0
Now I’m going to start with a new training program and also change my eating habits a little bit. We’ll see where that will take us
