As part of my new eating habits, I’m trying to increase the amount of protein and veggies in my diet. After some digging on the internet I found an interesting veggie recipe here (in Swedish) and decided to try it with some chicken and feta cheese.
Ingredients: 4 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 chili, 1 garlic clove, cilantro and some squeezed lime juice.
