Last night I secretly started the season with a plain strawberry smoothie, today – as it’s the official season opening - I dared to be a bit braver and added some instant coffee into the mix. Coffee and strawberries actually go really well together. Yummy!
Ingredients: de-frozen strawberries, 3 tbsp. whey protein (strawberry), 1 tbsp. instant coffee and 1 cup natural yoghurt (fat-free). At the end some muesli was added.
