The photo isn’t really telling the whole truth... this dish is actually edible, although at the first (and the second) look it might look horrible. It is both delicious and quick (=very important when you feel like you are going to drop dead from hunger at any minute now). All you need is some onion, 1 garlic clove, a few mushrooms, 1 tomato, some drops of olive oil and 2 eggs. Result: scrambled eggs. Add some smoked salmon and feta cheese. And eat!
Today’s inspiration comes from the Spanish version of Runner’s World. Apparently they’ve just translated the front page, because it looks more or less the same as the English one. Interesting.
