Wooo!

I knew it already but now I have it completely confirmed. This girl is going to study Hungarian, psychology and Decision-,Risk- and Policy Analysis.  Hungarian is a continuation of last year, psychology is starting from scratch and the last one is an MA. The combination is rather odd, and I have no idea what I will become when I "grow up" (here most people would probably argue that I should have grown up years ago), but I prefer to believe that if I do things that fascinate me, there will always be something exciting waiting for me behind the corner.
Now it’s time to start sorting out the student accounts, registration and other fun stuff. Ou nou.

How many languages do you speak ? I always read about you learning or speaking a different language.

Heh, I don't really speak any languages properly, but let's see (this is going to be long): I speak 3 fluently (Finnish/Swedish/English) + I can survive in Spanish. I have also studied or am studying 3 more languages at university; I have a degree in Russian and I did Polish as a minor and I also lived in Poland for a year doing an intensive course at a uni there. Now I'm about to start my 2nd year in Hungarian. I used to learn French and German back in school so I can read those (but definitely not speak), and I'm also interested in Czech and Dutch, which are both quite easy because one is similar to Russian and Polish and the other one to Swedish, English and German.

It's ok, I only just came clean to my husband about what I want to be when I grow up. Unfortunately it wasn't the big money earner he was hoping for. I'm going to be a farmer. I'm going to raise a variety of animals and have a large garden and orchard and live an idyllic life.

Allie: the important thing is not what we do, but that we do something that makes us happy :)
