Where should I begin? I haven’t been blogging for a while and it feels like I’ve completely lost the touch. Being in Finland was both sad and wonderful, mostly wonderful actually, and I think that the sadness is starting to hit me now: I have all sorts of physical problems (allergies, headaches and increased drowsiness-which, combined with difficulties falling asleep at night is not a good combination) and my self-esteem has crashed completely for the time being. This isn’t really new to me, as it always seems to happen after periods of great stress.
August will therefore be dedicated to self-pampering and getting back on track.
