skipping rope: 10 minutes

legs + core: 30 minutes


This morning:

walking: 30 minutes


Later today if everything goes according to plan:

walking: 30-40 minutes

skipping rope (?): 10 minutes

pilates: 40 minutes

So you're an athlete? he he he... In Valencia las week I used to run at Blasco Ibañez avenue 20 minutes every day. Now I'm in hollyday so I do nothing XD
