For the longest time now, I have been craving for goulash, which is one of my absolute favourite dishes. So, when I stumbled across this easy (and quick) recipe, I decided to satisfy my needs.


This recipe is from Swedish food magazine Laga lätt, no. 1, January 2012. I did modify it a little bit, though. The ingredients I used were: pepper, onion, garlic, chili, pork, tomato, potato, a lot of paprika, caraway and some olive oil. At the end I added some cilantro to give the soup a twist.


As TT doesn’t try my masterpieces, I now have the fridge/freezer filled with this delicious comfort food.
