Time

The truth is that we all have 24 hours to spend a day. What matters is what we decide to spend all that time on. Now that I have a lot of things that I need to get done, I’ve noticed that I spend a lot of seconds and minutes on... nothing.
In an ideal world I would spend the 24 hours of a normal day as follows:
  • 7 hours sleep
  • 4 hours work
  • 5 hours studying
  • 2 hours exercise
  • 3 hours for eating and doing other necessary things (like showering and getting ready in the morning, cleaning, shopping)
  • 3 hours of cuddling and relaxing.
That’s pretty much what I want to aim for, even though reality looks quite different at the moment.
Anyway: are you time-efficient?

I am one to go to extremes. I can be totally efficient when I want to be but right now I am just a total bum. ;)

I really feel like the days are to short. So much I want to do but so little time. And so much time I spend of doing nothing, why do I do that? and now another friend arrived here who will work with me, so I guess more time will go to socialize, instead of reading about wines (which are an endless story)...

knickknacks: I think your way is the best way :) Work when you need to work and rest when you can :)

yrkesskadad: I know the feeling, suddenly you jusy realise that time has disappered somewhere.. But reading about wine is good, though, isn't it?
