This is part of the exercise plan for next week – hopefully I will survive the week (right now I’m walking like a duck as a result from the bodypump class I went to on Friday.
This week I went to the gym 3 times – on Thursday I did yoga + strength training, on Friday it was time for bodypump and today I tried kettlebells. Both yoga (with an instructor) and kettlebells were new for me, they both turned out to be an amazing experience, and I will continue going to both
