Last night at 10 pm I promised my partner in crime, K, to cook her a vegetarian lunch for today before the gym. The initial plan was to go crazy at the supermarket, but then it hit me: why not check the freezer instead? After poking around for a while, I found chanterelles and green beans in the freezer, and there was cheese, oat cream and onion in the fridge. At the end I just had to buy some zucchini. The lunch – spaghetti with chanterelle and zucchini in a cream sauce - was delicious, and I will definitely cook this again.
