Phone call 1 to the unemployment office, a lot of rambling in Valencian: " Well, actually you have to fill in the application form. You can do it online. If you have any further questions, you can come and visit us".
Information that appears on the website: "applications have to be made in person at the unemployment office. "

Aunque no lo parezca símplemente intentan hacer su trabajo... otra cosa es que lo hagan mal. Ánimo ZSUZSI
Ya lo sé, entiendo que el trabajo que tienen puede ser bastante frustrante, atendiendo a tanta gente cada día, y seguramente están intentando hacerlo bien. Pero de verdad es tan dificil darme un papel? Es una experiencia bastante interesante ;)
