Attempting To Be Creative


When it comes to food and cooking, there are  a few things I like: simplicity, freshness and flavour. There is no need for the food to be complicated or fancy, and usually a few selected ingredients are better than a whole lot of them. Today, when my cupboards were completely empty (except for legumes), I started racking my brain, trying to figure out what I needed to buy. At the end I realised that onions and tomatoes would be more than enough. So now I’m just waiting for my chickpea and lentil curry to get ready.
